Lake Vostok - Mystery at Antarctica

Many of you have heard about strange occurrences and natural phenomenon existing in Antarctica along with wild rumors of a portal that leads to an inner world, Hitler’s underground base, etc. To make things even more interesting, many Ufologists have mentioned UFOs originating from this area among other bizarre things that relate to this region…

Anyway, I first stumbled upon the mystery Lake Vostok on chapter 31, "What is happening in Antarctica?" from the book Hitler’s Suppressed and Still-Secret Weapons, Science and Technology.

A few years ago, an anonymous letter was written to Scientific America describing something that was somewhat strange. The report came out of Australia’s Casey Station in Antarctica. To make it short, two women were trying to ski across Antarctica when they were stopped in their tracks. A U.S. Navy Special Forces team, working out of American Samoa, abducted the women, against their will, and under protest from the crew at the Australian Casey Station. The two adventurous women were then held in seclusion for reasons never given! The source for that report: “The Secret of Lake Vostok,” William P. Eigles, Atlantis Rising (magazine), number 29, page 60.

To add even more mystery to the area, many folks, for a multitude of reasons, actually believe that the lost city of Atlantis is buried deep beneath the ice in certain areas of Antarctica. Did the Germans locate their base in this area because evidence was found for a lost civilization? Many theorize that this is where the Germans had contact with extraterrestrials, which helped them with the advancement in their science, technology and weaponry, etc.

There could be all kinds of stuff going on in this particular region, as the geothermal action is in abundance, hot water ponds, geothermal vents, and so on. But outside of these prior topics, what about the mystery lake known as Lake Vostok?

Well, the more I read about Lake Vostok, the stranger things seem to be… This is not an ordinary lake, by any means. It is hidden from view, due to being buried under the Continental Ice Sheet, with a roof of ice up to 2+ miles thick, in some areas. This mystery lake is about 2,000 feet deep and due to geothermal activity, although it is just 300 miles from the South Pole, it has a water temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit on average and, in some areas, it is up to 65 degrees – going by some of the resources I gathered that was written a few years ago.

Now, lets go back to thinking of a lake with a dome-like roof of massively thick ice. During the summer months, can you imagine this twilight world as the opaque dome allows just enough sunlight to pass through, to provide an eerie, early morning style of light? Can you say, uh, “a lost world?”

This same concept applies to the theory that there could possibly be life on other frozen planets and moons, if there is enough bottom-heating going on via geothermal energy/heat. Sort of like what many folks suspect to be happening on one of Jupiter’s moons, for example.

Without going into detail about all the research done in this area and involvement from certain “people” that would probably deny it or say that all research has been terminated, one may ask: What does this have to do with Atlantis or a possible underground city or lost civilization?

Well, due to a huge magnetic anomaly covering this area in Antarctica along with prior attempts from scientists to debunk such notions, the best reason one can give to try and explain the origin of this vast magnetic disturbance from this area, is to say it is due to the presence of a massive amount of metal, like a buried city, for example.

Was there an underground city built by the Germans or was it already there? Is this another one to blame on extraterrestrials? Is it an alien base?

Outside the mystery of Lake Vostok at Antarctica, we have yet another mystery going on here: The Antarctic seismographs are also very abnormal, which a lot of strange things have been noted by way of geological research from some very qualified researchers. Without all the science talk, in a thumbnail, some of the graphs show enormous long-wave energy, which is not natural, as if energy is being produced and/or fabricated from down below. If you need to research further, two of the researchers in this field were named Christian Saal and Kawi Schneider.

So whether or not Christian Saal’s or other researchers’ assumptions & explanations of this bizarre seismological activity is accurate or not, the data is still there and it shows something really odd going on in this area, one that remains “unexplained” by the authorities…

Well, after reading this, I’m sure many of you would like to start doing your own research about this mystery lake that is within Antarctica. Remember now, it isn’t just Lake Vostok that seems strange, but a whole host of other potential possibilities stem from this frigid continent. I’ll list a few links below, from search results, to get started…

Cancel that… After writing the rough draft for this blog post, I just wasted a lot of time reading from different websites and articles about this subject, only to find a lot of regurgitated drivel. I went back and changed what I had originally listed for the height of the ice roof over Lake Vostok, since today they have it being slightly thicker than what was once believed. Of course, like most subjects that relate to mystery or the unknown, you are not going to get a straight answer and, unless something “leaks,” it will be hard to find out if this area could possibly have an underground city near it, and so on.

After clicking on that link, you’ll see that things get more interesting when you get to the “Now for the real story, from 2003…” part, as it is pretty obvious how a lot of information can easily be altered, to say the least. The opening quote under that section: “Recently there have been several media reports about an anomaly discovered in the Antarctic region near Lake Vostok. Apparently, the site has been sealed off to the media and other scientists due to “environmental concerns.” The fact that the NSA has assumed jurisdiction over an environmentally hazardous site is raising eyebrows about what may be happening there.”

Update (11-16-2024): If you'd like to have some excellent reading material about numerous subjects involving this mysterious southern region of Earth, I'd suggest the book entitled "Antarctica's Hidden History" - Coporate Foundations of Secret Space Programs - by Dr. Michael Salla. To give you an idea of some of the subjects within that book, I'll list the table of contents, below:

The Book of Ezekiel - Modern Spaceships - Ancient Aliens?

Side Note: I re-posted this article from another website of mine that I deleted a while back. The original date of this post was sometime during the year 2012. This is a shortened version of that page, along with a few edits, etc.

 Let's say that many years from now, the Homo sapiens (today's version of man on planet Earth) has the ability to travel to other distant solar systems and once there, we find planets inhabited by alien, primitive beings (not the advanced ones that visit this planet). If this happens, there is a good chance the primitive native will see our people as "angels" with incredible supernatural powers, deem us as "the gods," and so on.  

Actually, the whole idea of ancient aliens getting falsely identified as angels, gods or even demons is not that far-fetched of a notion. I've wondered before, if that isn't sort of how a lot of those Greek Gods came into Mythology.  Hmm, I don't know.  At any otherworldly rate, it is very interesting to think about nonetheless...

However, I must note: Even if there were alien beings flying around in UFOs during the past (they most likely were), it doesn't necessarily mean that they were messengers from God, either. On another note, were the descriptions like what is found in the Book of Ezekiel, simply some guy's creative imagination and savvy story-telling abilities using symbolic speak and prophetic gestures?

This particular page's topic is mostly about what was briefly described in the Book of Ezekiel, verses 1:4-28. Those particular verses have many ancient astronaut theorists all riled up, as it adds to the possibility that there may be proof in the Bible that there were aliens, spaceships (whether they describe modern craft and/or advanced UFOs, it is all the same considering the time period we're talking about here) visiting Earth, long ago, etc.

I think that if you read those English translated (or in raw form) Bible quotes with an open mind, it would be hard not to notice that Ezekiel described to the best of his ability and limited knowledge, some type of spaceships that came down from outer space. Some aspects of his descriptions sound more like modern aircrafts, while other details definitely sound like advanced technology from ancient aliens via sophisticated UFOs, etc.

Honestly, to think that aliens from another planet intentionally created the various religions on Earth, is hard for me to believe. I don't doubt that they have made it into the ancient texts and whatnot, and perhaps had some influence on today's various types of religions, but I wouldn't go much beyond that simple notion.

I have trouble reading a lot of the Old Testament, anyway.  I'm not a Bible scholar by no means, and I'm yet to read the whole book, although I need to, so I can have a more complete opinion on biblical subjects, beliefs, certain types of dogma, etc.

The Book of Ezekiel seemed to me, yet again, another violent, angry entry in the Old Testament that proclaims the wrath that God brings.  

For example, one violent verse out of the many (Ezekiel 7: 8-9) says:  "Very soon now you will feel all the force of my anger.  I am judging you for what you have done, and I will pay you back for all your disgusting conduct.  I will not spare you or show you any mercy.  I am going to punish you for all the disgusting things you have done, so that you will know I am the Lord, and I am the one who punishes you." Wow! That would explain what happened at Sodom & Gomorrah. Ha!

That book is filled with starvation, disease, murders, and brutality from "the Lord."

How can God be so angry in the Old Testament and so soft, warm, loving and forgiving in the New Testament?  What, is this symbolic for Bi-Polar disorder or maybe I just haven't read enough, and I need to read the whole entire Holy Bible from cover to cover?

Anyway, outside of the promotions of violence and jealousies from the Book of Ezekiel, it does start off with some very interesting descriptions of what very well may have been modern spaceships like we are familiar with today.  We could also take this a step inward and say that perhaps there was an advanced, secret society living on some isolated, uninhabited area on or inside the Earth during those ancient times from a previously defunct civilization (that survived an ancient war and was exploring the planet). 

Either way, there is a chance that Ezekiel may have been trying to tell what he saw and mislabeled some ancient aliens (or ancient humans) as God-like beings.  I assume the leader or commander of the spaceships was the one he was calling the Lord. Half Man / Part Wolf Hybrid Beast from Kentucky & Tennessee

 

Well, it looks like we got another Legend from the books of Cryptozoology to deal with.  This one is normally addressed as the "Beast of the Land between the Lakes." It's supposedly some sort of a hybrid creature, as this type of subject has somewhat been mentioned on this blog in the past, here: Satyrs & Centaurs - Mythical Hybrids

Anyway, this legendary beast resides mostly in the state of Kentucky but part of this land between the lakes dips into Tennessee, as well.  The image used in this post is an aerial view of Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley. As for the origins of these big bodies of water, Barkley Lake was created by a dam on the Cumberland River and the Kentucky Lake was created by a dam on the Tennessee River. Now, between these 2 lakes lies the Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area. Yeah, let's go visit; ha! But seriously, if you'd like to visit this place, outside of the tales about the half man, part wolf, hybrid beast that dwells there, it sounds like a really scenic place.  Their website boasts about the 170,000-acre recreation area in Western Kentucky and Tennessee with lots of shorelines and miles and miles of hiking trails, etc. You can find it online by typing "www.landbetweenthelakes.us" into your browser. They offer brochures, driving directions, passes and discounts, permits and reservations, etc. You can also sign up for alerts from the area, which keeps you informed about trail closures, event cancellations, and so on.

Wow! We are getting sidetracked here with all this vacationing talk. What was the subject of this post again? Oh, yeah... At any mythical rate, the creature feature today is starring a hybrid lifeform that is part wolf and half man. It supposed to be a rather large creature that walks upright, like us humans, and also has hands that are structurally similar to ours except for the animalistic part of the hand that features deadly claws. This creature would make for an exceptional NBA center as it is usually reported at being over 7 feet tall. I've heard some descriptions of it being more around 6 feet tall but, like humans, size varies from individual to individual. Yes, if they do exist, there has to surely be more than one of them; yikes! Other characteristics include robust, bone-crunching jaws, sharp-looking teeth, pointed ears, extremely hairy (like an animal), and demonic, glowing eyes. Some people report that it smells really foul (like the Yeti monster?) and releases deafening howls and screams. Yep, it sounds like an overall nice guy... Ha!

I've also heard it called the "Kentucky Wolfman" along with "Dogman." Then you have a lot of folks that believe it is simply a werewolf. How simple are they again? Anyway, I've read several stories about these angry animals thus far, and it almost seems to be like a super hybrid that gets traits from the Devil Monkey, Bigfoot, Jersey Devil and a Werewolf all combined. To top it off, some people think you should forget the part wolf / half man crap, as they believe it's a shape-shifting Native American shaman. Holy crap! Shamans are out killing people now? So much for cryptozoology; ha!

There are loads of stories online about this hybrid beast, but it seems that the most popular one involves an entire family that was found dead in the 1980s that was in the Land between the Lakes area.  They were found halfway consumed inside their motorhome in what appeared to be a monstrous attack by a huge animal. I never hear such bad things about a Bigfoot (don't they supposed to be vegetarians?), so that rules them out. Now, since the stories can go on forever, let's dive more into the possible origins of this beast.  Of course, nobody seems to know the absolute truth, but some people think (assuming it's not a bunch of shape-shifting Shamans) that during the 1800s, a man that lived in this area claimed he had an illness he got via the blood (animal bite?) where he would become enraged and violent at night (sort of like a werewolf with Full Moon Madness?), and many stories spawned from that family for decades to come. I mean, does that mean his descendants kept passing the gene until one or more of them became full-fledged werewolves? Did they start out with Extreme Hypertrichosis, as well?

Another story of origin for this part man, half wolf thing is an old legend that involves a witch casting her wrath on a person and turning them into an unsightly beast. Is that Black Magic? To keep the creature's lineage alive, its curse would get passed on to anybody that survived an attack from it. Okay, I have two questions about that: Why would a witch turn somebody into an ultimate killing machine that could easily bring them to their demise as soon as they drop the spell book? If survivors turn into this creature, does that apply to animals as well?  I mean, going by that logic, this thing could bite a cow on the leg and then the cow would turn into???  Oh, never mind. That would be one hell of a bovine hybrid, though.

Well, I need to wrap this up.  I must say, however, that even though Tennessee is included in the title, it does seem that most of the scary tales come from the Kentucky region of the Land between the Lakes. As for Tennessee, that state is more known for its infamous Bell Witch. Either way, I know I didn't cover any scary stories on this post, but I did provide a good resource link that had several of them on their page. I just thought I'd do a blog post about this subject in case anybody knows more about this area and has some cool stories to share in the comment field.  At any rate, if you are a hunter or like to take camping trips at random places, you might want to always research the area before strutting around in the woods or else you may get your ass handed to you. Uh, literally? Ha-ha!

Legend of Hoia Baciu Forest - Haunted?

 

It's been a while since I've updated this blog, so I thought that this post about a forest that is supposedly haunted would be a good start since it seems to combine a bit of legend and myths to the folklore; ha! But seriously, this Hoia Baciu place seems to be really interesting in a spooky sort of way. I've even heard that many of the trees in that area are twisted and deformed in very strange ways, which would definitely help add to the haunted effect. Before anybody gets any ideas, the two photos that I'm using for this blog post did not come from Hoia Baciu. They came from my backyard and the woods behind my backyard, so they are my personal photos, with one I obviously edited in my MS Paint program (at the bottom of this article) and the one at the start of this post involved me taking a picture of a tree after I blew smoke in front of the camera.  It's a really cool effect, eh? Anyway...  

This demented area originally got named after a shepherd. Legend has it, that the shepherd disappeared while having 200 sheep out in the forest.  Since then, there have been reports of other people coming up missing along with experiencing "time gaps" of existence.  

The 'missing in time' thing is well documented in alien abduction reports across the globe. I'm not saying that is happening there, but I've definitely heard about those stories many times down through the years. It is like they get transported into a hovering craft, totally (sometimes temporary) lose all recollection of their existence, then find their self fully functioning cognitively and wide awake with no idea what just happened, only to find out that an x-number of hours has passed, etc. 

As for the Hoia Baciu Haunted Forest, I've heard of a legend that talked about how a girl, that was only 5 years old at the time, went into this wooded area, disappeared, and nobody seen her return from the forest until five years later. What makes that even more spooky, was that she was supposedly wearing the same clothes she had on the day she came up missing when she returned. Well, I have questions about that...  I mean, did she not age any during that time? Did her clothes still fit? Did she still appear to be 5 years old, or did she come back as a 10-year-old? I'm assuming, if true, that she had a "time gap" and somehow the space-time continuum got distorted when they (aliens from UFOs, of course) returned her and accidentally sent her into the future for 5 years? I mean, if you create artificial wormholes to speed up your space travel, things can happen. I don't know, you tell me...

Good grief, I forgot to even say where this place is located... Okay, this particular boogey-boogie forest is located west of the city of Cluj-Napoca, near the Ethnographic Museum of Transylvania. Yeah, move over Dracula; Transylvania has bigger fish to fry than your blood-sucking self. Okay, enough inane drivel.  Let's get back to the subject at hand...

Of course, many people that go into this wicked place often feel like someone is watching them. However, I must say, basic paranoia will accomplish that - especially if you think a place is haunted and whatnot. Speaking of that, there is plenty room to get the crap scared out of you when visiting this place, as it is about 1.16 square miles in size. The Hoia Forest is commonly known as being sort of like the land-based version of the Bermuda Triangle that is riddled with paranormal phenomena. Many urban legends and ghost stories have fueled its growing popularity over the years and has become quite the tourist attraction, to say the least.

Speaking of the paranormal, stories from this wooded area often include ghost sightings, photographic phenomena (you know, like when you take a picture and some weird entity shows up in the picture, etc.), UFOs, strange lights, glowing orbs, floating spirit heads, loud voices appearing out of thin air, eerie giggling from afar (sounds like the Bell Witch), etc. I know that those are typical phenomena for a lot of places (which is why they sell so many of those Ghost Meters / EMF Sensors), well, except for maybe the floating ghost-like heads, but that's not really the strangest part, to me.  The frequent reports about people that visit the Hoia Baciu coming back scared out of their wits, many of which complain about unexplained burns, scratches, and rashes, really gets my attention along with numerous stories of time gaps... But even the ones with "missing time" of only a couple of hours is still bizarre, when you think about it. For example, some folks claim to just go walk by a weird tree at 10 A.M., then the next thing they know it is 12 o'clock. Uh..., ya drunk much? Ha! Just kidding... 

But back to the point, if loads of people are complaining about unexplained scratches, rashes and burns from this haunted forest, you'd think somebody would quit talking about it just being a legend and go get some video proof or doctor reports, etc.  Seriously, that would be physical proof of at least something. I mean, poison oak and poisonous sumac can cause rashes; running through a forest can cause scratches, but what about the burns? What in the hell burned you?  Did you not feel it when it happened? To me, that is really strange, if true... Then again, people may be out there smoking crack trying to catch a cheap thrill (is crack cheap?) and just get burned while freebasing random drugs for all I know.

However, things are about to get even more weird... I have recently heard about more poltergeist activity at this haunted forest that involved an investigator getting thrown to the ground after being scratched by an invisible force.  The area he was at was considered the "dead zone" of the forest, which is a circular clearing where nothing seems to grow.  Hmm... I've heard stories years ago where a supposed UFO was spotted hovering at a certain place, and the ground was radiated to the point where everything died, and nothing would grow back. BUT what makes this really weird is that, if true, soil samples have been taken by specialists from this dead zone before and nothing has turned up. They claim that the soil is totally normal. Well, did they check for radiation? I'm not sure but, going by what I've read, researchers from around the world have checked this place out. Unless people are out there constantly keeping the ground dead by walking in a circle. Dang, that reminds me of when people would make artificial crop circles albeit it did distract from the possible real ones. 

On a side note, since this place supposed to have some wicked tree and plant growth within its spiritually possessed forest, it reminds me of another post I did on a Nature Blog of mine: "Eyeball Plant - Doll's Eyes"... Now that eerie plant would fit right in at that place!

Well, to end this subject, I must say that this specific area even being located close to Transylvania is enough to raise eyebrows, to say the least. Personally, whenever I do get the chance and/or free time to leisurely take a hike in the woods, I do not fantasize about a place like Hoia Baciu. Even if somebody offered me a free trip to this freakish haunted forest, I would most likely steer clear from this nefarious place. I like adventure and all of that, but screw that! Ha!

Haunted Bell Witch Cave

I have known about the Bell Witch legend for quite a long time, but until today, I've never heard of the Haunted Bell Witch Cave. Actually, I don't know how I missed that one, but I just read about it a few minutes ago, nonetheless. The legend of the Bell Witch goes way back. Most of the events supposedly took place from 1817 to 1821. Even Andrew Jackson, the President of the United States (not long after that time period), was quoted saying: "I would rather face the whole British army, than face the Bell Witch again!" One of the witch's famous quotes is: "I am a Spirit from everywhere, Heaven, Hell the Earth; am in the air, in houses, any place at any time, have been created millions of years; that is all I will tell you." Of course, that last quote was assuming that this spirit existed and actually said that. By that ghostly comment, it sounds like she called Earth, uh, Hell, so maybe she is onto something. LOL!

It is a very interesting story, regardless if there is any truth to it or not. I own the movie entitled "The Bell Witch Haunting," which is suppose to be based on a true story. It is a low-budget film, which is another reason why I liked it. The movie didn't have all of these special effects and it wasn't trying to do anything fancy other than just letting the plot roll out according to the legend. If you are interested, you'll just have to search online for this film; ha! I think the movie was made around 2004 or thereabouts.

The bottom line is that this cave sounds cool. Have any of y'all ever been to this haunted cave?

Red-haired Giants of Lovelock Cave

This is such an interesting subject. How many of y'all believe that there were giant humanoid creatures roaming around the Earth thousands of years ago? I've heard many tales and legends that have spoke about races involving 8 to 12 feet tall people, and so on, but how much of that is true? Well, there has supposedly been some evidence unearthed before, even though it is rarely talked about and often classified as ancient myths, etc. Personally, it is hard to imagine that there hasn't been several races of giants throughout Earth's existence. Life has started and ended way too many times on this planet for me to rule it out. Now, were big ape men riding on the back of dinosaurs back then? LOL! Well, I didn't say that, but the notion of pre-historic giant people is entertaining to think about. But let's not go that far back into history right now...

Instead of searching for all of the extra tidbits and various stories ranging from old legends to New-Age beliefs, I just did a quick search on one of the more popular races of extremely large bipedal creatures: the Red-haired Giants of Lovelock Cave. Many Native American tribes have similar stories about the red-haired giants and how they had their fair share of battles with them, etc. I've read before that their initial encounter with them occurred somewhere around 15,000 years ago. This same type of giant has also been mentioned by the Aztecs along with the Mayans. The burial sites of these crazed beasts have been claimed on almost every continent. Just who were these red-haired freaks that were supposedly unearthed in Nevada, Arizona, New York State, Tennessee, and Virginia?

Aquatic Ape Theory - Mermaids Gone Wild

I've been hearing a lot more about mermaids the last year and a half or so, especially since the Animal Planet first aired the show "Mermaids: The Body Found." I actually missed that show, but I heard all about it. Well, tonight the Animal Planet had a show that sort of acted as a sequel to that, called "Mermaids: New Evidence" or something like that. I'm not a big fan of television nowadays, so I might not be totally accurate on my TV titles, etc. Anyway, it was interesting to watch, nonetheless. They are trying to merge the lame "aquatic ape theory" (in actuality, it is a hypothesis) with their mermaids gone wild flicks. This theory/hypothesis involves human evolution, which deals with certain ancestors of modern humans that spent a great deal of time adapting to a semi-aquatic lifestyle. During the show, they used weak aspects like saying humans are the only mammals that can hold their breath for a long time like dolphins and how we still have traces of webbed hands. I find that odd, for me anyway, because my large hands are far from being webbed; I can't hold my breath for several minutes and when I get in water, I act as a sinker, and I also suck at swimming. Then again, I'm a so-called extraterrestrial so I guess I don't count, blah! LOL!

Anyway, back to this Mermaids Gone Wild thingy... They did have some interesting video footage (not the computer-generated crap). One of the coolest videos was shot not too far off the coast of Greenland. There was another coast guard flick, and another involving a cell phone video camera. I don't know how many of y'all seen that show tonight, but I like how toward the end of the show, they quickly ran a bunch of flashing credits talking about fictional characters, disclaimers, etc. Dang, who can tell what is real anymore? There is always the possible motives for better TV ratings, money and so on, involved. Concerning this subject, I can't rule out the possibility that there is some semi-humanoid swimming around with webbed hands and a wicked tail, especially since the ocean is so vast and we do discover new species of life all the time. Plus, there are so many myths & legends involving mermaids, it does make you wonder. However, they need to just drop that aquatic ape theory and just concentrate more on the live video footage and camera shots, even though they can be faked, as well.

After thinking about this, I guess a mermaid would have to jump up in a boat with a fisherman and have a conversation with him, for this to be proven. If they do exist, though, I doubt if they are pretty like they are often described in mythical tales. Plus, there would be wild mermen, as well. That's all we need when going boating or fishing, is some crazed merman that is mad at his mermaid while having ego issues and drinking like a fish; ha-ha!

Bermuda Triangle - Atlantis, Aliens or Metallic Haven?

Yeah, talk about a subject that has been covered a million times... I'm sure there are many people on here that have their diverse theories and whatnot, when concerning the Devil's Triangle - also known as the Bermuda Triangle - or maybe it is the other way around, but who cares, right?

I remember as a kid, studying about all this cool info I got from the TV show Unsolved Mysteries, etc. In case you are extremely young, that was way back when TV was still semi-real. Anyway, many ships and planes have sunken and vanished within this geographic area of mysterious magnetic pull. Some folks think the anomalies found here are due to all the metal from the lost city of Atlantis, albeit I wrote about it possibly being somewhere else, here: Lake Vostok - Mystery at Antarctica

Your guess is almost as good as mine, but either way, I'd enjoy hearing about your thoughts.
Most of us have heard about the compasses that go astray on the cruise ships and the pilot's instruments that go haywire while flying over this demonic triangle, but what about those underwater UFOs that fly in an upward fashion from this crazed region from this awesome vortex in our space-time continuum? The fun doesn't stop there, either, as a group of divers discovered a crystal pyramid deep below the surface from the Bermuda Triangle, a while back. Well, how they have dived that far down without dying or why they didn't have any real photographic evidence, is besides the point. I mean, if you saw a crystal pyramid with an angry ET sitting on top of it, would you stop for a Kodak moment?
So many questions and very few answers.
What do you think about this metallic haven full of sunken ships, invisible airplanes, aliens, and the lost city of Atlantis?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Regardless of the actuality, I'm not going near that place!
I don't currently own enough Metaphysical Moldavite to ward off the evil time travelers that dwell deep inside that triangle, so one must be cautious. Feel free to enlighten me, in the comment field below...

Update: After coming back to this blog a few years later to update, check for inactive links, and so on, I noticed how inadequate this particular post was. Normally, I would be more elaborate than this.  I just more or less started the subject and provided related links within it. I guess I was hoping the comment field would fill in the blanks. 

Either way, now that I think about it, there is no sense really elaborating about something that can't be proven one way or the other.  As for a metallic haven, the oceans are most likely full of wreckage throughout, in which there is no certain area of a mass collection of planes and ships, for example.  I assume that higher traffic areas may contain the most wreckage, but still, what is the mystery in that? 

In closure, to address the title of this post, a person would be better off (if they were interested in such things) individually researching strange ocean events, the lost city of Atlantis, and/or the boundless and elusive aliens (extraterrestrials) as opposed to the Bermuda Triangle. I don't know, maybe stick to octagons, squares or rectangles instead of triangles? Ha-ha! ---End of Update

The HAARP Conspiracy Theory

I'm sure many of you have heard about this particular conspiracy theory, while some of you may be saying "what is HAARP?"

Of course, there doesn't supposed to be any conspiracy involved with stuff like this, right? The official story that is commonly told to the public is:
The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program that is jointly funded by the US Navy, US Air Force, the University and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). They all say that the primary reason for such technology is to investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes and, of course, to analyze the ionosphere during the process.

The heart of the conspiracy theories for HAARP consists of the ability for the government to control various aspects of the weather and certain conditions on Earth by using electromagnetic waves. This could include altering the climate and creating hurricanes, tornados, severe storms, earthquakes, volcanoes, etc., by way of their technology. Although a lot of the conspiracy theories are just baloney-filled nonsense that is dreamt up by hopeless losers that are stuck in their mom's basement, I will say that if a large group of people could control the weather, they would have some crazy power over this planet's inhabitants. I'm fairly sure there is this type of research being done, though. In fact, I've even read about planned projects to help with the melting ice caps (they need to hurry) and so on, but I don't know if they have reached the level of advancement that is required to activate volcanoes or cause massive earthquakes, yet.

If this power does exist at a higher level, I hope it is only used with good intentions. Ha! Yeah, who am I kidding... I must say, though, that the weather seems to be getting worse, more severe and erratic, year after year. I don't really go for this particular conspiracy theory, especially since climate change is real - regardless of your political affiliation or whether you credit global warming to humans or a natural solar cycle of planetary alignment within the cosmos.

On a side note, if the HAARP conspiracy is fueled by federal folks with this secretive knowledge and know-how, I bet they wished the weather would get better and more stable instead of worse.  I would come more believing a conspiracy that tries to make the weather better, not worse, in this case. I mean, seriously, take floods, hurricanes or other natural disasters, for example. A federal program called FEMA in this country (United States) has to dole out money all the time for victims of natural disasters.  Where does the money come from?  Okay, that question would be much better suited for another type of blog of mine. The point is, unless 'weather control' is weaponized for a damn good outcome, I see no reason to play the "weather God," even if it was possible.  Hey, where is Poseidon when you need him? Ha-ha!
